Sugar. Salt. Flour. Yeast. Baking is a mess of fine things—and out of this mess, we make something delicious.

Our menu includes cookies, cakes, brownies, scones, croissants, brioche, savories, and other pastries—including several gluten-free options. Weekly breads include 10-grain sourdough batards, classic baguettes, English Muffins, and dinner rolls on occasion. In high season, we offer a simple grab-and-go sandwich on our house-made baguette.

On our retail shelves, you’ll find our house-made granola, granola bars, and shortbread packed for a party. We have everything you need for a picnic—jams and olive oils, gorgeous French butter, salami and cheese. We carry a cult-following peanut butter, a handful of select bakery-themed gifts, and locally-roasted coffee.

We bake with Edison and Trail Blazer flours from Cairnspring Mills in the Skagit Valley and Fortuna whole wheat flour from Lopez Island Grist.

Hours will be Thursday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Starting Memorial Day, we’ll also be open Mondays. You can find our bread and treats year-round at Blossom Grocery, Lopez Grind, and Isabel’s Espresso.
